My family visited the Hamilton Princess for spring break. We were lucky to stay in a Fairmont Gold room. The staff there were the absolute best - Rolly, George, and Peter treated us like family! Our children cried leaving them and said breakfast/tea/appetizers/dessert with them were the best part of the trip! Take that gorgeous beaches :-)! An amazing stay!

If you are visiting Bermuda, I highly recommend staying at the Hamilton Princess.

It's conveniently located on the water just 2 blocks away from Front Street in downtown Hamilton. My wife and I enjoyed everything about our stay there. We upgraded to Fairmont Gold and that was the smartest decision we made. That upgrade gave us access to a private lounge area overlooking the water where food and drink were available throughout the day. The service provided by Rolly and Peter was exceptional. George and Pascoal also were very helpful. Vitoria and Alisha helped us plan all of our daily sightseeing visits during our stay. I credit the hotel staff for making this a very memorable vacation.

My family had an amazing brunch experience at Crown and Anchor! Alessa and Randy went beyond to make it an enjoyable time. The food was delicious and the room in the Intrepid dining room had a phenomenal view! We will definitely be back for brunch again!

We had such a great experience with the club lounge while staying at the Hamilton princess resort. Rolly, Pascoal, Peter, and George were so wonderful kind and helpful. They were all especially excellent with my sister in law who had special needs. They made her feel so welcome and it was a joy to stay there.
